Bincike Ya Bayyana Dalilin Hatsarin Jirgin Air India
Masu bincike da suka tattara bayanan jirgin saman Air India da ya yi hatsari a ranar 12 ga Yuni sun bayyana sakamakon binciken su na farko. Ofishin Binciken Hatsarin Jiragen Sama na Indiya (AAIB) ya fitar da rahoton cewa an gano cewa an katse man fetur da ke zuwa injinan jirgin, wanda ya haifar da hatsarin da ya yi sanadin mutuwar mutane 241.

Yadda Hatsarin Ya Faru
Rahoton AAIB ya nuna cewa daya daga cikin injinan jirgin ya daina samun karfi bayan da maɓallan sarrafa man jirgin suka koma matsayin “CUT OFF” jim kaɗan bayan tashi. Wannan yanayin yana nufin cewa injinan jirgin ba za su kara samun mai ba.
AAIB ta bayyana cewa:
“Injin N1 da N2 sun fara rage karfi daga lokacin da suka tashi yayin da aka dakatar da shigar man fetur zuwa injinan.”
Maganar Matukan Jirgin
Daga cikin sautin da aka samu daga rumbun gudanarwar jirgin (cockpit voice recorder), an ji wata tattaunawa tsakanin matukan jirgin biyu – Kyaftin Sumeet Sabharwal da Clive Kunder.
Daya daga cikin matukan ya tambayi dayan cewa, “Me ya sa ka kashe?” Sai dayan ya amsa da cewa, “Ba ni ne na kashe ba.” A nan, kalmar “kashe” tana nufin maɓallin CUT OFF na mai.
Yadda Maɓallan Mai Ke Aiki
Masana sun bayyana cewa maɓallan man jirgi yana da nau’iya biyu:
- CUT OFF: Yana katse shigar mai zuwa injin
- RUN: Yana buɗe hanyoyin shigar mai
Rahoton ya ce:
“Lokacin da aka motsa maɓallan sarrafa man fetur daga CUT OFF zuwa RUN yayin da jirgi yana cikin iska, kowanne injin zai yi amfani da tsarin fasaha domin sake kunna kansa da dawo da karfin tashi.”

Shin Matukan Sun Yi Kuskure?
Masana kan tsaron jiragen sama sun bayyana cewa da wuya a samu matuki da zai kashe maɓallan mai yayin da jirgi ke cikin iska ba tare da wata matsala ba.
Wani masani daga Amurka, John Nance, ya ce:
“Babu wani matuki mai hankali da zai kashe waɗannan maɓallan yayin da jirgi ke cikin tashi.”
Duk da haka, rahoton AAIB bai dora laifi kai tsaye kan matukan jirgin ba, yana nuna cewa bincike na ci gaba.
Wasu Ra’ayoyin Masana
Wasu masana sun ba da shawarar cewa wani kuskure na matuki na kin dage tayoyin saukar jirgin ne ya jawo hadarin. Sai dai wannan ra’ayi ne na wasu masana kawai, yayin da hukumomi ke ci gaba da bincike.

Kamfanin Air India ya bayyana cewa yana ba da girmamawa ga dukkan wadanda suka rasu a hatsarin, kuma yana aiki tare da hukumomi don tabbatar da irin wannan hatsari ba zai sake faruwa ba.
